Refund policy
All crystal sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for crystals. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos. Clients understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone.
That being said, we want all our crystals to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue. If we do accept a return, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gemstone jewelry is defective, we'll make things right. Otherwise, this item is non-returnable

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if an exchange is necessary is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
